- Develop, review, and in charge in the implementation of company regulation. Ensure that Sale Stock’s people management comply with the law and company’s culture
- Document robust standard operating procedure for end-to-end people operations scope of work from talent acquisition, onboarding, people development, people experience all the way to talent exit
- Develop employee’s facilities grading (transport, hotel, laptop, handphone, etc) based on the employee’s role, employment level, or other parameters
Job Requirements:
- Maximum 35 years old
- Barchelor’s degree from psychology/management
- Experience with HR Policy and employee administration minimum 5 years.
- Good Communication & Fast Learner
- Fluent in English both active and passive
- Will be placement at BSD – South of Tangerang
